Picture of The Bridge Inn

A former Coaching Inn dating back to the 15th century, The Bridge Inn sits in the pituresque village of Grinton opposite the 12th century Church of St. Andrew, which is also known as the 'Cathedral of the Dale'.

At the helm of The Bridge Inn is the friendly and dedicated landlord Andrew Atkin with his successful team of family members and locals alike, all working together to build a great reputation for homemade food, well kept real ales, an extensive wine selection and comfortable en-suite accommodation.

The Bridge Inn is well known for welcoming walkers, dogs, muddy boots and all! During the winter months relax infront of the roaring log fires, and during the summer months sit outside and enjoy a refreshing drink after a days walking around spectacular Swaledale.
